Scripture of the Day - February 10, 2012

Ephesians 3:7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ...

Paul was made a minister by the grace of God. He was made a minister so he would preach the gospel to the gentiles...a proud Jew...a zealous Pharisee...preaching the gospel to the gentiles. That's ripe!! In our natural minds we would have never chosen Paul for this mission, but God's ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are certainly not ours, and that's a good thing!

It doesn't matter how lowly you think of yourself...God CAN use you for His kingdom. You may have come from the depths of doesn't matter...once you turn your life over to God ANYTHING can happen because you can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you. You see, the power doesn't come from you, it comes from God. It's the working of the power of God in your life that transforms you. All you need to do is surrender to Him and He can work miracles in your life.
